When you select a candidate for interview, you engage through a per-shortlisting structure covering verified travel/daily allowance plus platform service margin. No-show protection included. Specific rates are confirmed during onboarding, based on volume, corridor focus, and partnership scope.
For RAs with consistent volume: priority matching, advanced search and filtering, analytics dashboard, dedicated account manager, and compliance reporting. Terms confirmed during onboarding; a 30-day trial is available.

When your selected candidate accepts the job offer and you issue the formal commitment, they apply for Migration Finance through the EmiGrow app. The NBFC partner reviews and approves the loan based on the confirmed job offer — approved and committed, but undisbursed. When you call the candidate to collect their departure documents, you trigger disbursement through the EmiGrow platform. The NBFC releases funds directly to the candidate, who pays your service charge from these funds in your office; you issue the receipt under Emigration Act provisions.
When you want to forward candidate profiles to your Gulf employer for shortlisting, EmiGrow’s In-Platform Employer Account is the secure pathway. You invite your employer to a limited Employer Account — they view only candidates you’ve shared, review videos within EmiGrow’s controlled viewer, and mark candidates ‘Interested’ or ‘Not Interested,’ with automatic notification to you. The account protects candidate data under DPDP Act 2023 compliance and gives you full visibility into employer review activity.
